About Me
My weightloss profile begins on Labor Day, September 2005 at 237 pounds. I began attending Jazzercise classes and following my own interpretation of a Weight Watchers plan. Instead of spending my money on Weight Watchers meetings as I had done 6-8 times previously in my life since grade school, I decided to put my money into an exercise program. Over a period of about a year and a half, I lost 100 pounds. Since March of 2007, I have struggled with a maintenance stage to find my “normal” weight that I can live with for the rest of my life. My current weight is 150 pounds give or take 3-4 pounds either way depending on the weather I supposed.
My blog tackles the issues that I deal with daily in my weightloss journey and maintenance stage. I have learned a lot about the right way and wrong way to be able to share with others and I hope that my story helps you on your way!
Current stats:
Height: 5′ 7″
Weight: 151 lbs.
Size: 8-10

Hi, I think your blog is terrific — I would like to feature you on Wellsphere. Would you drop me an email?
Cheers, Geoff
I noticed you received an invite from Geoffrey W. Rutledge, MD, PhD. I have as well. It is definitely a form response that is being sent though his credentials and the site seem legit. Have you been blogging for them? What has been your experience?
